Mike and I saw two movies this weekend. The first was The Ring, and that scared the shit out of both of us. Mike thinks it has something to do with the sound. I think it was just freaky. Luckily I'm not having nightmares about it. The second movie that we saw was Gangs of New York. It was fantastic! It's actually the best movie I've seen in a long time (well, for the first time anyway--as you know, I've been watching Rushmore, LOR, and Dr. Strangelove). It's definitely the best movie I've seen this year (sorry 2 Towers, but you ruined Faramir's character for me). Anyway, I highly recommend it.
